WELLNESS MASSAGE

Whether you are seeking total relaxation, focused deep tissue work or somewhere in between, your therapist will create a wonderful treatment just for you. Hot towels and hot stones may be incorporated into your treatment to create deeper relaxation. Custom aromatherapy is included.

PRENATAL MASSAGE

Pregnancy is a beautiful journey, but can come with aches and pains as your body grows and changes for your baby. Taking time for yourself during pregnancy can be uplifting emotionally, can help to calm you and your baby, and has many physical and health benefits. Your therapist can help you decide whether to use our custom prenatal massage table (lying face down, the ultimate comfort!), or a cozy side lying position. Custom aromatherapy is included.

POSTNATAL MASSAGE
60 minutes/$85, 90 minutes/$115
Your body is beginning to return to its pre-pregnancy state and your mind and body may be exhausted from caring for your new baby or grieving a loss. Take some time for yourself to rest and relax. We will pay special attention to areas of your body that are undergoing extra stress at this time. A technique called "mother roasting" can be applied to your belly, using warm stones and custom aromatherapy to encourage your uterus to return to its usual size. This is also a beautiful treatment for the grieving parent to care for and honor their body.

HOT STONE MASSAGE

Smooth jade stones are heated and used to massage and penetrate deeply into your muscles, creating deep relaxation and relieving pain. You will leave feeling like melted butter! Custom aromatherapy is included.

COUPLES MASSAGE
60 minutes/$180, 90 minutes $240
Enjoy some rest and relaxation with your partner, friend or family member! Couples massage is available in Wellness Massage and Prenatal/Postnatal Massage. Couples massages cannot be booked online. Please contact us directly to schedule!

PEDIATRIC MASSAGE
30 minutes/$45, 60 minutes/$75
Even the youngest bodies need massage! Children are now presenting with more stress due to school and rigorous athletics. Massage therapy can be very beneficial in helping their bodies recover, and set your child up for a lifetime of positive touch and self care. This service is available to children under 16 years of age. Children 16 and over may receive Wellness Massage services. A parent or guardian must be present.
